Staymint Pty. Ltd., is contracted by the Carmel by the Sea body corporate to provide caretaker services (such as: cleaning) and to manage and maintain the building on a day to day basis. The body corporate (owners) pay a monthly fee to Staymint to provide this service. Maintenance costs are met by the Carmel by the Sea body corporate. Staff employed by Staymint to perform contracted services are: Greg & Janine Elix (Managers) and Donna Fleming. The caretaker / manager can be contacted on 07 5570 2799.

 

Office hours are:

                             Monday to Friday - 8am to 6pm

                             Sunday - 8am to 4pm

                             Public Holidays - 8am to 12 noon
