This is the web site of the body corporate of Carmel by the Sea, Community Title Scheme 16707. Carmel by the Sea is an apartment complex in Broadbeach, Queensland, Australia.

Carmel by the Sea is one of Broadbeach’s landmark high rise buildings, being a superbly located beachfront complex close to the heart of Broadbeach. We enjoy stunning views and facilities such as: a large tropical garden, a 20 metre outdoor swimming pool, indoor heated pool and spa, sauna and steam room, gymnasium, tennis court, covered BBQ area and children’s wading pool.

This site contains general information for those who may be planning to buy or rent an apartment at Carmel by the Sea and more detailed information for our owners. A password is required to enter the Owners Only Area of this site. New owners can request a password by simply clicking on the "request a password" link above.

Owners can keep up to date by reading the Carmel Courier newsletters (that can be downloaded from this Home Page) and through Committee minutes and other documents that are available within the Owner's Area.
